 Everyone who lives, regularly works, attends school, worships or volunteers in Yakima County are eligible for the benefits of membership in Yakima Community Federal Credit Union. We are a full-service financial cooperative, dedicated to serving its membership.
Yakima Community Federal Credit Union was organized in 1950 as the Central Washington Federal Credit Union and later was named Yakima Telco Federal Credit Union, with Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company as our primary sponsor. The credit union later opened its doors to some 75 employer groups. In 2000, we were approved by the NCUA to offer our services countywide.
